Corylus floor plan

Corylus is made up of two fully self-contained private apartments: Fjell and Fjord. Each apartment has its own entrance, bedroom and bathroom facilities, kitchen, living area, utility space, and covered outdoor deck.

On this plan, South is shown at the top of the page. This is the side of the building that faces towards Loch Broom and the main views.

Fjell and Fjord have been designed to feel private and independent. The front deck spaces are separated by screening and a void space, giving each apartment its own distinct outdoor area. Between the two apartments there is a dedicated service zone, including utility and staff cleaning space, which helps create a clear physical separation.

The apartments also benefit from full acoustic insulation between them, so guests can enjoy the comfort and privacy of a self-contained stay.

A covered walkway runs along the opposite side of the building, providing sheltered access to both apartments and added convenience when Corylus is rented as a whole building.
