  • Yes. Fjell and Fjord can be booked together for exclusive use, accommodating up to six guests across both spaces.

  • The minimum stay is three nights.

  • Stays are typically arranged around Monday and Friday arrivals. This allows for consistent changeovers and preparation.

  • Outside peak periods, it is sometimes possible. Please send an enquiry and we will confirm what can be offered.

  • Fjell is a one-bedroom apartment for two, oriented east along the loch. Fjord is a larger two-bedroom apartment, facing west towards Ullapool.

  • Each apartment has its own entrance and is arranged as a separate space within the building.

  • Check-in is from 16:00. Check-out is by 10:00.

  • Yes. Each apartment has two allocated parking spaces.

  • Yes. Wi-Fi is provided in both apartments.

  • There is strong 4G coverage across the property on all major networks. Inside the house, signal can be reduced due to the thick walls and roof - it’s usually best near a window.

  • No. Corylus is heated with zoned underfloor heating throughout, supported by deep insulation, so the spaces stay warm and comfortable year-round without needing a wood burner.

  • Yes, we welcome families. The spaces are simple, calm, and single-level, making them easy to use with children, though they are not specifically designed as child-focused environments.

  • No. Corylus operates a no pets policy.

  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartments or on decked areas. A designated outdoor area is provided.

  • No. The apartments are intended for quiet stays. Small gatherings are fine within the stated occupancy limits.

  • Each apartment is fully equipped for self-catering, including kitchen essentials, bedding, towels, and basic household items.

  • Yes. Full details, including access instructions and local guidance, are sent before arrival.

  • A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival.

  • We will do our best to accommodate changes where possible, but this depends on availability.

  • The kitchen is fully equipped for relaxed, self-catered stays, including cookware, utensils, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and some essentials such as tea, sugar, salt, and pepper.

  • Yes, all bedding and towels are provided.
